Tailgate time!

Don't sideline your healthy diet for football season! Prepare for a day of tailgating by starting out with a healthy, filling breakfast. Drink plenty of water and limit snacking on high calorie foods. Pack healthy snacks such as fruit or vegetable trays to enjoy throughout the day.

Modify high calorie recipes by choosing low fat ingredients, and limit added salt. A lower sodium, lower calorie dip with tons of flavor, like this Creole Buffalo Chicken Dip, will help keep other high calorie snacks off of your plate, no deprivation required! No matter which team you cheer for this football season, you will be the toast of the tailgate with this yummy dip!
